A Russian drone strike on a park in the Kharkiv region killed six people, including three children, Al Jazeera and Democracy Now! reported. Overnight Russian drone and missile attacks killed at least four other civilians and wounded 27.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine has nearly run out of US-made Patriot interceptors and offered a 30-day pause in strikes on Russian oil refineries in exchange for more. Donald Trump said: "Maybe it's time for Zelenskyy to get somebody else to negotiate," Al Jazeera reported. Zelenskyy is due to meet US envoy Steve Witkoff in Norway.
Separately, Finland will buy 1 million anti-personnel landmines after leaving the Mine Ban Treaty in January, Democracy Now! reported.
